• Speech Contest: Speech Semi-finals - January 24, 25; Speech Assembly (Finals) - January 27.
• Turnitin.com: When students hand-in work on turnitin.com, they recieve a confirmation email with a unique receipt number. If a student has not received an email confirmation receipt, the assignment has not been submitted. Students should follow the submission instructions caefully.
• Year-end Summatives: In mid to late May, students will begin completing thier summative work for the course. As per Ministry guidelines, the summative is 30% of the final grade. Students should expect more information on the summative by the end of April.
• Faculty Members: The 2010-2011 English Faculty members are: C. Antonini, L. Armstrong, A. Banach, A. Douglas, E. Lee, R. Mancini, J. O'Reilly, R. Rees and M. Thorne.

• Clubs: Students interested in writing for newspaper, film or radio should ask their English teacher about the Panther News. Students should also ask their teachers about writing for the school magazine, Masquerade.
